Meeting rooms at Surgeons' Hall

If you are looking for Edinburgh meeting rooms and would like to hold your meeting in a historic or a modern, light and airy room, Surgeons Hall offers some of the best and most unique meeting rooms in Edinburgh.

Our meeting rooms can accommodate up to 250 people, and include notebooks, pens and even a small bar of chocolate to keep the sugar levels up, in addition to providing a range of up-to-date audio-visual facilities to suit your requirements.

If you require rooms for a greater number of attendees, we have a range of larger conference venues that may suit your requirements.

Consult at Surgeons' Hall

Surgeons' Hall have come up with the ideal package for those wishing a small meeting room, with an endless supply of tea, caffe latte, hot chocolate or cappuccino and delicious nibbles!

You can book the room on the day (depending on availability), pay by credit card, then all you have to worry about is keeping everybody focussed on the meeting rather than the lovely refreshments!!

The room is set for the day with notepads, pens a flipchart, jugs of iced water and a bowl of apples. A light sandwich lunch and fruit platter is also included in the price. Several rooms are available with the Consult package depending on your numbers.

Prices start at £299 for up to 10 people with all of the above included! We can cater for a meeting of up to 30 with the Consult package.

For an additional charge you can upgrade your catering, to, for example, a continental platter or hot buffet lunch, with freshly made produce – menus are available.

Audio-visual

All meeting rooms in the Symposium Hall and Quincentenary Hall have built-in standard AV facilities which are included in the room hire. Any additional AV required will incur a charge. We also have a voting system with 160 keypads and videoconferencing facilities. Catering

We can provide a working lunch in your meeting room or you can order a lunch in advance at Ten Hill Place Hotel - one of the premier Edinburgh hotels. A walk across Hill Square provides a welcome break from your meeting, allowing you to resume in the afternoon refreshed and ready to continue your agenda. Sample menus are included below.

Cocktail Bar

At the end of your meeting you can retire to our cocktail bar in Ten Hill Place Hotel to unwind.
