Playfair Building

Due to the historic setting of our rooms and venues within the Playfair Building, AV capabilities can differ from room to room. Our AV Team will do their utmost to fulfil your requirements.

Quincentenary Building

This room has access to a telephone. Wireless internet access will be provided.

The Main Hall can be divided into two rooms - each offering full AV facilities.

Each seminar room has the following AV facilities:

  • DVD & VHS Player
  • Remote presenter (for wireless control of presentation)
  • PA System including 1 tie-clip mic; 1 handheld mic

The rooms have access to a telephone. Wireless internet access can be provided.

Video-conferencing facilities are readily available via The Tausend Room, but all other rooms can support this facility if required.

A professional conferencing system is available for up to 50 delegates - this consists of microphones for each delegate and a chairman's control system

ALL AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT IS CHARGED INDIVIDUALLY AS REQUIRED.
